Where and how does CS Essentials deliver?
We deliver to most residential areas and are happy to deliver to any business, on the very rare occasion that an address is noted as undeliverable we will notify you as soon as possible. All orders are delivered by a courier within 3-7 working days from ordering
How long will my order take to arrive?
CS Essentials use a 2-3 day courier service for all orders, we would expect our customers to receive their orders within 3-7 working days from order date.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer a free delivery on all orders over the value of £30. If your order doesn’t quite reach the minimum order value, there will be a delivery charge of £3.95.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. We are happy to deliver one of items, or bulk orders.
How can I track my delivery?
We will advise you upon dispatch of your goods, which will include tracking information.
How do I pay?
You can simply pay via Debit/Credit card or through your Paypal account. The payment will only be taken once the order has been confirmed and processed our end.
How do I request a refund or return?
Should you not be happy with your order and want to request either a refund or return, please fill out our enquiry form with the details of your order and reason for contact. You can also contact our customer service team directly on onlinessales@charles-saunders.com. The team will aim to respond to your query as quickly as possible, however please allow 24 business hours for a response.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
Unfortunately, on the rare occasion you may receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (via our enquiry form or onlinesales@charles-saunders.com). We will most likely ask for images to assist with our investigation and aim to have a solution for you, which may include having a replacement sent to you and returning the effected item.
